We had Larry install 11 windows for our house in 2019, it is now 2023 and everything has been perfect! All windows came under lifetime warranty and were ordered immediately after purchase and installed pretty much off the truck. The other day we had accidentally pulled a window too tight and broke two small clasps on the inside frame. When I called to ask about the warranty l, not only did he remember me and was super sweet as always, he came over in 2 days and got them replaced asap. Larry is a very nice and reasonable guy with the most affordable windows in SA. I'd recommend to everyone.
